Fixed issue that prevented metadata from working when importing a project created in Windows.
Fixed issue that caused SOAP APIkit to return a 200 Status Code for Schema Validation Fault.
Fixed issue that caused an error in SOAP operation to return SOAP fault but to not trigger a <http:error-response> and </http:error>, and to return a HTTP Status 200 response.
Fixed issue causing a Unbound namespace prefix error for working Mule applications.
