Einstein AI Connector Release Notes

Einstein AI Connector enables developers to connect their MuleSoft applications to Large Language Models (LLMs) via the Salesforce Einstein Trust Layer.

What’s New

  • This connector is now compatible with Java 17 only.

  • Document parsing now uses Apache Tika 4.0.0, instead of Apache Tika 2.9.4. Text extraction for some document types can differ from Einstein AI Connector 1.2.

  • File Type and Option Type are now enumerations on Embedding Adhoc File Query, Embedding Generate From File, and RAG Adhoc Load Document. The values are unchanged: PDF, TEXT, and CSV for File Type, and FULL and PARAGRAPH for Option Type.
